We are the first major European laboratory distribution supplier to achieve certification for the whole of its laboratory supply activities. We are currently certified to the International Quality Standard ISO 9001:2008 and Environmental Standard
ISO 14001:2004. Our pipette calibration services in the Netherlands are accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025:2005, their service being used across Europe. Having successfully completed the OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety) certification at Briare, France (a major warehouse and production unit), we are now working towards extending the certification to other sites across Europe.
We developed a Quality, Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Policy that has been adapted across our European operations. Our certification gives customers confidence that a third party certification body regularly audits us, checking how we organize our processes and the human/technical factors that could affect quality and the environment. This means our customers can be sure that the service we provide is of the highest quality.
The current scope of our certification is:
Procurement, marketing, analysis, packaging, storage, distribution and sales of chemicals, consumables, laboratory equipment, furniture and laboratory information systems. Conditioning and production of chemicals. Regeneration of resins. Manufacture of laboratory glass components. Installation, maintenance, validation, calibration and repair of laboratory equipment. The supply of training services.
