You Searched For: Syringe Filters

Syringe filters are attached to the end of a syringe to remove particles from a sample prior to analysis. Filtering liquids, the single-use devices force liquids through the filter either when fluids are initially drawn or delivered. Circular shaped in diameters that fit common syringe sizes, the cartridges remove fragments that would otherwise damage narrow bore equipment. Certified for low levels of UV-absorbing extractables, the syringe filters purify liquids for reproducible results.

Supplier: Sartorius
Description: Minisart® RC with hydrophilic regenerated cellulose (RC) is optimised for aqueous liquids and solvents with a pH of 3 - 14 and is stable against DMSO. With a pore size of 0,2 µm that can be used for sample preparation and sterile filtration.

Supplier: Whatman products (Cytiva)
Description: Whatman Puradisc syringe filters from Cytiva's business combine premium quality with economic efficiency. They are well suited for rapid, routine syringe filtration of samples up to 100 ml.

Supplier: Cytiva (Formerly Pall Lab)
Description: Useful for a wide range of applications, including aggressive and non aggressive solvent-based mobile phase.

Supplier: Corning
Description: Syringe filters are available with a choice of membrane type: Polyethersulfone (PES) for low protein binding and faster flow rates; surfactant-free cellulose acetate (SFCA), with or without prefilter, for lowest protein binding; Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) for chemical resistance; regenerated cellulose (RC) – the best choice for DMSO compatibility; and nylon (NY) which is hydrophilic, surfactant-free and lowest extractable.
Supplier: Sartorius
Description: Minisart® NY with hydrophilic polyamide (nylon) is optimised for aqueous liquids and solvents with a pH of 3 to 14. Type 17845 with a pore size of 0,2 µm can be used for sample preparation and sterile filtration. It has a male Luer slip outlet and version ACK is individually packed and sterilised by ethylene oxide (EO).

Supplier: Sartorius
Description: Minisart® PES with polyethersulfone (PES) is optimal for highest flow rates and a pH of 2 - 13. Type 1776D with a pore size of 0,22 µm can be used for sterile filtration and has a male Luer slip outlet. Version ACK is individually packed and sterilised by ethylene oxide (EO).

Supplier: Cytiva (Formerly Pall Lab)
Description: The new Acrodisc® One and Acrodisc® PSF premium syringe filters combine the benefits of a multi-layered prefiltration device with an automation-certified filter housing.

Supplier: Sartorius
Description: Elimination of particles from samples prior to HPLC or other chromatographic analysis is essential in order to maintain the integrity of the chromatography column and to maximise its operating life time. Minisart® syringe filters optimised for sample preparation consist of a polypropylene (PP) housing and membrane components featuring maximum chemical compatibility and minimum extractables to ensure excellent results. Due to the typical range of volumes from less than 1 ml to 100 ml these filters are available in three different diameters with an effective filtration area of 0,12, 1,7 and 4,8 cm².

Supplier: Whatman products (Cytiva)
Description: Whatman Puradisc syringe filters from Cytiva's business combine premium quality with economic efficiency. They are well suited for rapid, routine syringe filtration of samples up to 100 ml.

Supplier: Merck
Description: Filters for sterilising or clarifying biological solutions. The larger filtration area increases flow rate and throughput. It also makes it easier to filter solutions because it reduces the pressure required to empty the syringe.

Supplier: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Description: These sterile syringe filters are ideal for sterilising (0,2 µm) or clarifying biological solutions, such as cell culture and microbial media, reagents and additives, proteinaceous solutions and buffers.

Supplier: Sartorius
Description: Minisart® NML with surfactant-free cellulose acetate (SFCA) is the best choice for all aqueous solutions and oils with a pH of 4 - 8. With a pore size of 0,2 µm that can be used for sterile filtration and has a male luer lock outlet. Only available in the EU/EEA and registered countries
